Brad Adams is the Executive Director of the Asia Division of Human Rights Watch (HRW). HRW is the largest human rights organization based in the US and protects the human rights of people around the world.

Rajvinder Singh Bains is a Punjab & Haryana High Court attorney with over two decades of human rights litigation experience. He is the lead attorney of the Khalra trial team.

Sandra Coliver is a Senior Legal Officer at the Open Society Justice Initiative, an operational arm of the Open Society Institute founded by financier George Soros that promotes the rule of law and human rights worldwide.

Matt Eisenbrandt is the Legal Coordinator at the Canadian Centre for International Justice. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as Legal Director at the Center for Justice & Accountability (CJA).

Carla Ferstman is the Director of REDRESS. REDRESS helps torture survivors obtain justice and reparations.

Ram Narayan Kumar is Program Director, Understanding Impunity: Failures and Possibilities of Rights to Truth, Justice and Reparation, at the South Asian Forum for Human Rights (SAFHR). SAFHR promotes human rights, peace, and democracy in the region.

Smita Narula is the Faculty Director at the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice (CHRGJ), based at NYU School of Law. The CHRGJ focuses on issues related to global justice and emphasizes research productivity in all aspects of its work.

Vasuki Nesiah is Director of International Affairs and Lecturer in International Relations at Brown University. Prior to joining Brown, Nesiah was Senior Associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ). ICTJ assists countries pursuing accountability for past mass atrocities or human rights abuse.

Sharanjeet Parmar is a human rights lawyer and lecturer on law in the Human Rights Program at Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Harvard, Parmar served as a prosecuting war crimes attorney with the Special Court for Sierra Leone, in addition to working in India and South Sudan.

Romesh Silva is a Statistician with the Human Rights Data Analysis Group (HRDAG). HRDAG, based at the Benetech Inititative, advises truth commissions, international criminal tribunals, and non-governmental human rights organizations in building evidence-based arguments using empirical data and established statistical methods.

Paul Williams is the Executive Director of the Public International Law & Policy Group which provides pro bono assistance to developing states and states in transition involved in conflict. He is also a Professor of Law and International Relations at the American University Washington College of Law and School of International Service.
